Birthdays. Celebrations. Just because. A post to show some of the Make Everyday Special arrangements we create at Blossom Artistry:
A few images from weddings-in-progress, as the bouquets and centerpieces take shape in the shop. Any wedding shown in this post has already taken place; we’ll add links to the professional pictures as we get them.
A wedding taking shape in blues: agapanthus, lisianthus, hydrangeas, roses, and orchids.
We had a wonderful time meeting brides, families and friends at the 2014 Carolina Inn Bridal Showcase in January. Fortunately, the extreme cold weather softened a bit just before the show. Here are a few of the bouquets and centerpieces we carried to the showcase.
Elizabeth and Gregory were married at The Inn at Celebrity Dairy on September 29, 2013. Elizabeth wanted to celebrate with flowers. It was a beautiful wedding.
Photos by Jordan and Cassie Timpy.
The first set of pictures is the ceremony, held under an open canopy. Swags, pomander balls, leis, and drifted petals on a custom hand-painted runner from The Original Runner company. The pomander balls are carnations; rose petals on the runner, and the flowers on the arches are roses and hydrangeas.
The bride selected arrangements for all around the Inn. Her flower palette included roses, lilies, lisianthus, gladiolus, chrysanthemums, orchids, carnations, and philodendron, and calla lilies for a bouquet.
The reception flowers included tall centerpieces, a floral chandelier with lilies, chrysanthemum place card holders, and orchids at each place setting.
The bride carried an ombre rose bouquet. Her flower girl carried calla lilies.
The Inn at Celebrity Dairy is a lovely place for a wedding.
About that Runner
Everyone wanted to know a little more about the fabulous aisle runner. Here are some close up images.
We worked to define the tone of the wedding from the guests’ arrival through the reception.
The wedding party’s flowers coordinated with the decor.
